  • Introduction

    The research directions of Ma Jianfeng's research group focuse on the additive manufacturing technology of dental ceramic, surface superhydrophobic modification technology, manufacturing technique and optimization of dental implants, and research of bone tissue substitute. The composition formula, additive manufacturing technique route, high-precision complex structure manufacturing and composite ceramic preparation of dental ceramics are studied in our group to achieve optimized mechanical properties and aesthetic effects for matching natural teeth in terms of flexural strength, fracture toughness, bond strength and light transmission; Superhydrophobic modification of natural tooth surface is studied here to reduce bacterial adhesion and plaque biofilm formation in saliva; Bioceramic materials and biodegradable metal materials are studied in dental implants and bone tissue engineering to achieve bone healing functions such as vascular regeneration, bone growth and bone integration.

    Personal Profile: Dr. Ma Jianfeng, engaged in oral health for more than 30 years, has carried out research and application of many core technologies such as precision attachments, all-porcelain prosthetics, and immediate implantation. He has made outstanding contributions to the treatment of various kinds of difficult and complicated oral prosthetics such as defects of teeth and dentition and loss of dentition, which has established the leading position of prosthodontics of Wenzhou Medical University in Wenzhou and Zhejiang Province. In teaching, Dr. Ma Jianfeng has built a diversified talent training system from undergraduate to master's, full-time to adult education, international students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The major of Stomatology under the charge of Dr. Ma Jianfeng was approved as the dominant major of Zhejiang Province in 2016, the first-class undergraduate major construction site of Zhejiang Province in 2020, and the national first-class undergraduate major construction site in 2021. Dr. Ma Jianfeng insists on the combination of scientific research, teaching and clinical, and sticks to the clinical front line for a long time, so that Wenzhou oral prosthesis and implanting clinical treatment are in line with the advanced level at home and abroad. Over the past few years, Dr. Ma Jianfeng has actively participated in important conferences at home and abroad, participated in the compilation of national textbooks, participated in the compilation and edited 12 books. He obtained 8 national scientific research projects and the provincial research projects. He has published nearly 100 papers, including more than 30 SCI papers. He has presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 5 provincial and ministerial level scientific research and teaching projects, won 2 provincial science and technology awards, 1 third prize of scientific research achievements of Zhejiang Provincial universities, and authorized 6 national invention patents and utility model patents; Selected in Zhejiang Province 151 talent project.

    Introduction to the research group
    Research group Leader: Ma Jianfeng, archiater, doctoral supervisor. In the past 3 years, he has presided over a number of scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Zhejiang Province 'Sharp and Leading Goose' Major Science and Technology Project. At present, the research group has 3 researchers, associate researchers and assistant researchers, 4 doctors and 13 masters. The research group mainly focus on the application of ceramics, dental implants and bioactive materials for dental bone defects based on additive manufacturing processes, and explore the directions of additive manufacturing processes, superhydrophobic modification of natural tooth enamel surface, bone integration of dental implants, and bone tissue engineering of oral and maxillofacial bone defects.
